A Stitch a Day (21st September)

Today's pattern uses three colours in the sequence given in the chart below. Tip: Try it also in colour sequences 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 and 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8.

    hi christine,

    this is one of the fines and most carefully explained blogs about knitting i have ever seen. love some of the crazy colour combinations, like the one with that mustard/ochre yellow and greyish blue. well done and keep up the great work! marina

    thank you very much for your positive comment.
    The colours I use in the swatches are just what I had in my stash, or what I bought cheaply recently. When I combine them i look mainly for enough contrast to show the patterns as clearly as possible.

    They can look rather different in different colours.
